S.E.S. Ltd supplies fully uniformed guards to stores throughout England.
Every job that SES carry out we complete a full risk assessment and site survey, these are carried
out to ensure a fully comprehensive set of assignment instructions are produced to ensure that client
requirements are fully met.
During these assessments a full survey is carried out by a fully qualified member of staff who will
look at potential problem areas and advise from there knowledge and experience best practice, taking
into account any problem areas that are an issue as outlined by the client. We will also advise on
best practice for health and safety and outline any legal requirements to ensure welfare and best
working practice of all staff involved in the day to day running of a site. We conduct regular site
audits to ensure that consistency is maintained throughout a contract, we also request customer
satisfaction forms are completed by our clients to inform us of any issues they may have and make
sure they are immediately addressed.
We will locate potential problem areas on site, including all entry and exit points and where we see
best to position security personnel. We can also determine the best positions for warning signage,
should you want them. All officers are fully trained and licensed to operate in the retail sector.
Once the report is complete we will then put together a full costing for the contract and re-appoint
a further meeting discuss going forward with the project.
